Vegan spaghetti bolognese.
My mom used to make this when she didn’t have a lot time to cook for my brother and I, but nonetheless I love this kind of comfortfood. It’s perfect for students, when you’re hungry but you don’t have a lot of time.
. Boil FOUR HUNDRED GRAMS OF SPAGHETTI, read the packaging for further instructions. Or if you are like me, just boil it and try it every minute until you think it’s fine.
. Cut ONE ONION into small pieces. Add the onion and ONE CLOVE OF GARLIC to a cooking pan with a litlle bit of OIL.
. Add ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY FIVE GRAMS OF VEGAN MINCED MEAT and season it with the onion and garlic.
. Then add FIVE HUNDRED GRAMS OF PRE-MADE PASTA SAUCE.
. Season it with some extra DRIED BASIL, OREGANO and THYME.
