Can easily be combined with other dishes.
. Take A BLOCK OF FIRM TOFU and cut it into strips.
. Put some SESAME OIL in a pan. Take a small pan so you don’t have to use too much sesame oil.
. Fry the tofu in the pan.
. You can cut the MUSHROOMS and add them to the same pan or if you like, use a separate pan with another, more mild vegetable oil.
. Toast the BREAD.
. Put the tofu and mushrooms on top of the toasted bread.
*If you want, you can also add some roasted seeds, like pumpkin or sunflower.
