This is my ultimate pancake recipe.
I love to have them for breakfast.
Also really easy to make!
. Add TWO CUPS OF FLOUR, ONE TABLESPOON OF BAKING POWDER and ONE TEASPOON OF GROUND CINNAMON in a bowl.
. Smash TWO BANANAS. You can also blend them, it makes the dough smoother.
. Then add the bananas, TWO TABLESPOONS OF AGAVE SYRUP and ONE TABLESPOON OF OLIVE OIL, to the mixture.
. Lastly, add slowly TWO CUPS OF PLANT MILK while whisking.
. Now you can start baking it in a small pan.
You can choose whatever plant milk you like. Whatever you have at home, because the milk doesn’t really affect the taste of the pancakes.
I can eat a lot of them without toppings, but you can add anything you like! Maybe some fruit or maple syrup?
