Winter is coming, so I guess everyone could use some hot oatmeal!
You can make this when you don’t have too much time, and maybe take it with you on the go or just enjoy this quick&easy breakfast at home.
AND you can eat it all year round, because apples are almost always available, at least here in Belgium (where I live). If you buy a mango or banana in the supermarket, it probably has to come by plane, so I try to limit that, by eating apples from my garden or buying fruit locally.
Plus, you know, who doesn’t like the taste of apple and cinnamon together. Match made in heaven.
. Put ONE CUP OF OATS in a bowl.
. Then add ONE AND A HALF CUP OF YOUR FAVORITE PLANT MILK and stir well.
. Put it in a microwave for about 3 minutes at 600 Watts.
. Meanwhile cut ONE APPLE in bitesize pieces.
. Get your bowl out of the microwave, put the pieces of apple on top and add A LOT OF CINNAMON.
You can use any plant milk you like. Personally I like to use soy milk in this recipe.
