SWEET| FOUR INGREDIENT VEGAN CRÊPES

Here in Belgium, we usually make ‘crêpes’ in stead of the American pancakes. It’s a flat and very thin pancake. A lot of people make it on birthdays or other festivities.

Today I am sharing with you the easiest way to make THE BEST VEGAN CRÊPES in the world.

Seriously, I tried a lot of recipes…

With chia seeds, ‘no-egg egg replacer’ or some recipes on pinterest.

It never worked out, until the day I had almost nothing at home and wanted to eat something sweet.

I just grabbed the some things from my cupboard and tried it. It was amazing really!

I was amazed because I have tried so many recipes and then the simplest one, turns out to be the best one.

So enjoy it and please try this at home!

RECIPE

 . Add ONE AND A FOURTH OF A CUP OF FLOUR, FIVE TABLESPOONS OF VANILLA SUGAR and ONE TEASPOON BAKING POWDER to a bowl. Whisk all the ingredients.

. Add gradually ONE AND A HALF CUP OF SOY MILK.

. Put SOME OIL in a pan and add the mixture. Don’t put too much and turn the pan so that the whole surface is covered. Wait a little bit and then turn around.

. Now your crêpe is ready! You can add some sugar, chocolate spread or jam.
