This is a recipe that I came up with, when I didn’t know what to take to school for lunch. I found something on the Internet about making your own noodle soup. This is a super easy recipe and you can easily take it in a jar with you to school or to work.


. Cut some veggies you like. I used MUSHROOMS, CARROTS AND SPINACH LEAVES.

. Put them in a jar.  (I tried to put some almond butter and soy sauce on the bottom, but I liked it better without.)

. Add some RICE NOODLES on top.

. Then put some  POWDERED VEGETABLE STOCK on top of the noodles.

. Add BOILING WATER until the jar is completely filled. (You can also do this at work if you have a water boiler.)

. Wait four minutes, until the rice noodles are done.
