SAUCE| VEGAN MAYO / VEGANAISE

The best vegan mayo you’ll ever try! I never even buy mayo anymore, because I never found store bought mayo that tasted as good as this one.

 

RECIPE

. Add ONE CUP OF PEANUT OIL, ONE TABLESPOON VINEGAR, ONE TEASPOON MUSTARD and ONE TEASPOON SALT.

. If you want it to be a little bit sweeter, you can add TWO TEASPOONS OF AGAVE SYRUP.

. Lastly, add HALF A CUP OF SOY MILK.

. Mix this with an immersion blender.

It’s a very easy recipe, so let me know if you tried it out.

Please note that you have to you use soy milk in this recipe, otherwise it won’t work.
