This recipe is really cheap and easy to make. It’s also really healthy! You can buy a kilogram of soup vegetables for only 1 euro in the supermarket, and you don’t even need time to cut the vegetables. My dad liked this soup a lot.
. Cook ONE CUP OF RICE.
. Cook ONE CUP OF LENTILS.
. Sautée 1 KILOGRAM OF SOUP VEGETABLES with A LITTLE BIT OF OIL, until the vegetables are soft. (You can also skip the oil if you eat high carb low fat).
. Add spices! I choose CURRY SPICE, A LITTLE BIT OF NUTMEG and CAYENNE PEPPER and SOME SALT AND PEPPER/
. Add ONE CAN OF COCONUT MILK and TWO TABLESPOONS OF VEGETABLE STOCK.
. Mix it!
